Roasted Brussels Sprouts: On The Stalk!

Ingredients
  • Stalk of Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Equipment
  • Roasting Pan
Method
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix together your olive oil, garlic and salt & pepper. Brush or drizzle over entire stalk of Brussels Sprouts, coating evenly.
  • Place on a roasting pan, and roast in the oven for 45 minutes, turning half way through. Sprouts should be browned and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside when finished. Roast for longer if necessary.
  • To serve, simply pull or slice off the sprouts individually (use a utensil for pulling, as it will be hot).
