If there is one thing that I will absolutely ALWAYS break my healthy eating streak for, it’s cheesecake. Any flavor, color, shape or theme, I will dig into a piece of cheesecake no matter what the occassion. Luckily, because they’re so complicated to make, I rarely make one. When I do make cheesecake, I make a triple chocolate ganache cheesecake that makes my family fall more in love with me with every bite. After writing this article though, things may change at home. I may replace my triple chocolate ganache cheesecake with a more simplistic recipe that can be made more often.
