Food Trend: Krispy Kreme Easter Reese’s Donut

Easter is coming oh so early this year. So early, in fact, that you may have noticed your local grocery stores overlapping Valentine’s Day treats with Easter sweets! It is also at this time of year when restaurants and bakeries start debuting some special menu items made specifically with Easter in mind.

Krispy Kreme donuts are no exception to this rule, and this year, they are using our long-time favorite Reese’s Peanut Butter cups as the inspiration. Filled with peanut butter creme filling, this donut packs a nutty punch and is decorated much like an easter egg.
